How Do You Deliver a Client-Designed Medical Office Locally?
Quasar provided the main design and branding direction for its 6,800 sq ft medical office. The brief was to carry that direction through the reception, waiting areas, workspaces, meeting rooms and enclosed offices while completing the project within a 6–8 week programme.
Offix reviewed the supplied design for execution, contributed minor design amendments where needed and coordinated the office renovation and construction and furniture as one delivery scope. This kept the completed workplace aligned with Quasar’s branding direction while incorporating Offix’s practical design input during delivery.
What Did Offix Deliver for the Quasar Office?
Offix completed the site renovation and coordinated the project furniture across the reception, open work areas, meeting rooms, waiting spaces and private offices. The finished workplace combines curved reception elements, black-framed glass rooms, integrated planting, layered lighting and practical workstation layouts.
