Starting from a bare commercial unit, Offix carried out the office renovation works required to transform the empty space into a complete and functional workplace for Jensen Group in Singapore.
The Jensen Group project started from a bare commercial unit, with the workplace yet to be constructed. The space was handed over with a screed floor, exposed columns, a basic ceiling grid and glazing around the perimeter — no partitions, no services distribution and no finishes.
Offix carried out the required office renovation works, coordinating the different construction stages and trades to turn the empty space into a completed working environment. The design was issued by the client; Offix delivered the construction, on a move-in date that was already fixed.

Starting from a bare unit meant that multiple renovation works had to be coordinated before the office could be completed and ready for use.

The same floor before works began and after completion. The build ran two to three weeks on site — with the unit vacant and no live operation to protect, trades could overlap instead of queueing behind one another.

Reception. The completed reception creates a clean and professional arrival point for the workplace.
Working area. The bare unit was transformed into an organised working environment for everyday operations, with bench desking, low storage and linear lighting.
Meeting rooms. Enclosed meeting spaces were constructed and completed as part of the overall office renovation works, glazed so daylight carries across the floor.
Pantry and shared area. Supporting spaces were completed to give employees practical areas for breaks and informal interaction.

The warehouse is not a separate unit. It sits inside the same 5,500 sq ft envelope, divided off with a full-height partition line rather than by renting more space.
That line was set out and framed before any finishes went in, because the rest of the programme follows from it. On the office side it was closed up and carpeted; on the warehouse side it was left as working storage, where Jensen Group’s spare parts and machine components now sit on galvanised racking.

The completed Jensen Group project transformed an empty bare unit into a functional commercial workplace through coordinated office renovation works. From construction and site coordination through to the final finishes, Offix carried out the required renovation scope to bring the office to completion.
Whether you are renovating an existing workplace or starting from a bare commercial unit, Offix can help coordinate the required renovation works from site preparation through to completion.
