A 3,000 sq ft new office fit-out completed in 2–3 weeks for Shanghai Geoharbour, with two manager rooms, built-in storage, an enclosed pantry and a brand-aligned reception.
Shanghai Geoharbour was moving into a new 3,000 sq ft office in Singapore. The inherited layout had only one manager room, but the client needed private offices for two managers, additional storage, a defined pantry, functional meeting and workstation areas, and a reception that matched its corporate identity.
Offix planned and delivered the office fit-out within a 2–3 week programme. The solution used matching black-framed glass partitions to create a second manager room, custom carpentry for storage, a curved glass enclosure for the previously open pantry, Smart Film privacy in the manager room, and an elegant reception aligned with the client’s branding. The work was coordinated through Offix’s office fit-out services.

The right office layout depends on how the business operates. For Shanghai Geoharbour, a geotechnical engineering company, the priorities were two private manager rooms, practical built-in storage, efficient meeting and workstation areas, a more defined pantry, and a professional reception that reflected the company’s branding.
Offix created the second manager room by replicating the existing black-framed glass partition design, applied Smart Film to the manager-room glazing for privacy, added custom carpentry for storage, enclosed the previously open pantry with a curved glass partition, and completed the shared work areas through one coordinated office space planning and fit-out process.

The fit-out focused on three planning changes: enclosing the previously open pantry, creating an elegant reception aligned with Shanghai Geoharbour’s branding, and adding a second manager room with matching glass partitions and storage.
Together, these changes gave the new office clearer zoning, more management capacity, practical storage and a stronger first impression for visitors.
The inherited layout included one manager room, but the client required two. Offix replicated the existing black-framed glass partition design to create a second private room without making the office feel closed off. Smart Film was applied to the manager-room glazing to provide privacy when required; the curved glass feature was used separately to enclose the pantry.
